HEALTH: How to Comfortably Get Rid Of the Stuffy Nose
It’s another year of this year! The season of allergies is coming, the cold and the flu are spreading like crazy! The stuffy nose followed. That nasty sulking seems to disappear in any case? Well, now is the time to get rid of it once and for all!
Try a hot towel.
Soak a clean towel with warm water.
Fold the towel into the shape of a hot dog and place it on a microwave dish.
Heat in the microwave for 10-30 seconds until it warms.
Place a warm towel on your nose (along your nose) for about 5-10 minutes.
Then, snot your nose and keep it upright for 5-15 minutes.
Turn on the shower, set it to the highest temperature as much as possible, and close the door.
Wait for about 5-10 minutes or until the room is hot, then sit in the room for 15 minutes, close the door and open the shower.
Snoring once every 5 minutes.
Use your fingertips to draw a circle around the two corners of your nostrils with moderate pressure. When you do this, squeeze your nostrils together. Do about 20 laps in each direction. Then blow your nose.
Sometimes, simple exercise can get rid of the stuffy nose. Take a proper walk in the room or take a short walk with the dog. Continue to rub your nose.
For sushi lovers, you can use mustard! Spicy will temporarily relieve nasal congestion and help clear your stuffy nose. Pepper has the same effect.
When you sleep or rest, your head is raised a little.
Drink more tea or water. Do not drink cold water.
Nasal sprays are generally not recommended. It is easy for you to become addicted, and usually only temporarily relieves and cannot be eradicated. But salt spray is OK. As long as you want, you can use it often.
Wash your nose.
Use a Neti Pot or Nasal Spray. Use according to the instructions.
